Owner and president of the new company is Steven Crane, who brings over 17 years of multi-industry public company CFO experience to the venture. His search practice includes both permanent placement and contract staffing of finance and IT professionals primarily in the software and high tech industries. Prior to opening his business he served as CFO of ModusLink Global Solutions, a supply chain provider with operations around the world. He also previously held the position of CFO for Interactive Data Corporation, a trusted provider of global financial information to the largest and most well-known institutions around the world.
Crane currently sits on the Board of Directors of Pulse Electronics Corporation. He also has extensive international experience including eight years living and working in Hong Kong.
