Every December, Scott Petersen of PointOne Recruiting Solutions gives each of his employees a $100 bill. The employees must use that money to “pay it forward” by performing an act of service for someone or people in need. Employees often pool their money, and this year one group served dinner and had a Christmas party with music, caroling and bingo at the nursing home.
