Certified Professional Programs

Mission Statement

Being a Certified Professional within MRINetwork® is a symbol of achievement. It stands for honor, integrity, and the unselfish passion for leadership. Our Certified Professionals are dedicated and committed to the development of their peers, as well as the recruiting industry.

Why should employers build relationships with Certified Professionals?

  1. Above & Beyond - Certified Professionals are committed to continuous learning and bring industry trends, best practices and fresh insights to their client relationships.

  2. Experience - Certified Professionals have industry tenure that leads to year-over-year success. The certification requires knowledge and experience in industry, legal and ethical practices, demonstrating excellence, and trustworthiness.

  3. Professional Networks - Certified Professionals understand the value of relationships – with clients, candidates and peers. Through their connections, they have access to the best of the best in their niche.

Top reasons job seekers should build relationships with Certified Professionals:

  1. Respect, Acceptance and Trust - these are just three distinguishing factors that brand our Certified Senior Account Managers (CSAM), Certified Managers (CSM) and Certified Project Coordinators (CSPC). We believe that today's candidates could be tomorrow's clients!

  2. Priorities - We know what is important to you: availability, written details and confirmations, assistance with resignation and reliable follow up communication.

  3. Honest & Efficient - Work with a trustworthy recruiter that will not waste your time, listens carefully and is transparent throughout the entire placement process.

Connect with a Certified Professional today to receive open and consistent communication from a recruiting professional you can trust. Together, we can build a winning relationship that brings success to both parties.

We believe our Ring of Honor program encourages excellence within our organization. Our goal is to ensure that everyone understands how valuable they are to our success and our future, and to let our clients and candidates know that they are working with the most accomplished and experienced professionals in our industry.

MRINetwork Charitable Foundation

The MRINetwork Charitable Foundation was founded in 2007 by a dedicated group of MRINetwork franchise owners as a vehicle for the MRINetwork community to assist children in need. The Foundation is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and has raised funds through golf tournaments, auctions, celebrity guests and participating in 5k and half-marathons.

While the original and continued beneficiary is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Foundation also created the MRINetwork Disaster Relief Fund to assist those in the Network that experience significant financial setbacks due to natural disasters. The Foundation has also made significant donations to other charities, such as Duke Children's Hospital and Hunter's Hope Foundation founded by Jim and Jill Kelly.
