Overview

MRINetwork established the Certified Programs to highlight the achievements of its standout executive recruiters, billing managers, project coordinators, and leaders. Those who hold CPP designations are recognized leaders at MRINetwork and are ranked consistently at the top of their profession. All Certified Professionals are committed to demonstrating the highest ethical standards while pursuing continuous professional development and delivering quality customer service.

CPP designations include: Certified Senior Account Managers (CSAMs®), Certified Senior Project Coordinators (CSPCs®), Certified Senior Managers (CSMs®), and Certified Leadership Professionals (CLPs®).

Members of MRINetwork Certified Professional Programs represent the elite of our organization and industry. To achieve this designation, our professionals must meet both tenure and production requirements. In addition, the successful completion of a very rigorous and comprehensive examination is mandatory and corroborates the certified individual’s proficiency in all aspects of our profession, including knowledge of Federal and State Law, as well as business practices and ethics. Candidates and clients can find confidence in working with designated CPP members, because MRINetwork Certified Professionals are dedicated to being the best of the best.

MRINetwork Ring of Honor

With fifty years of operation behind us, we credit our nearly 400 offices and their teams with our longevity and success, particularly those who demonstrate their commitment through their long years of service. Our Ring of Honor program, recognizing tenured offices and individuals, assures our clients and candidates that we stand for service and quality and that our time-tested professionals have the experience and knowledge to meet their needs.

Our program includes both internal and public recognition for offices and individuals who have been in the business for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years with special awards and acknowledgement of their achievements at our global and regional meetings.

We believe our Ring of Honor program encourages excellence within our organization. Our goal is to ensure that everyone understands how valuable they are to our success and our future, and to let our clients and candidates know that they are working with the most accomplished and experienced professionals in our industry.

MRINetwork Charitable Foundation


The MRINetwork Charitable Foundation was founded in 2007 by a dedicated group of MRINetwork franchise owners as a vehicle for the MRINetwork community to assist children in need. The Foundation is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and has raised funds through golf tournaments, auctions, celebrity guests and participating in 5k and half-marathons.

While the original and continued beneficiary is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Foundation also created the MRINetwork Disaster Relief Fund to assist those in the Network that experience significant financial setbacks due to natural disasters. The Foundation has also made significant donations to other charities, such as Duke Children's Hospital and Hunter's Hope Foundation founded by Jim and Jill Kelly.
