He also developed and implemented a retention strategy that resulted in 100 percent retention of high-performing representatives over a three-year period. Anderson has additionally held sales management positions at Merck & Company and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Linda Rutledge was previously employed as a contracts negotiator for the United States Air Force Space Systems Division and as a business analyst for Northrop Aircraft. She will handle the back office and administration functions of the business.
