While we have successfully placed talent across various beverage companies, our core expertise remains in the adult beverage sector. Operating nationally, we recruit top professionals for both suppliers and distributors. However, leveraging our team’s diverse industry experience, we have expanded our niche to include hemp beverages and the hospitality industry, connecting businesses with the right talent to drive success.

We have an experienced team. Our firm is led by Chuck Wright, President of the company and a former beer industry professional with over 20 years of experience at companies like Anheuser-Busch. In 1999, Chuck launched the recruiting firm Sales Consultants of San Antonio. In 2019, Jennifer Kling joined the team in a direct supporting role to the President, bringing 20 years of experience in international hospitality, including hotels, cruise lines, and the U.S. Air Force.
