Every individual has a unique set of personal motivators. From stability to autonomy and mastery – people in the workplace are motivated by different things. Just like different cars need different fuel, people are at their best when the job tops up their tank with the right things for them.
Adding personal motivators to the hiring equation allows companies to bring the best out of employees and contributes to the success of the business. It adds an additional leg to the recruiting stool and makes it more stable.
