This human-focused approach to recruiting touches every part of the process, and it can’t be replaced by AI. Sure, we can use AI to automate messages, but it might make the company come across as cold and not worth working for. 

We can use AI to sort through the hundreds of resumes in our email inboxes, but a great recruiter can see something on the resume that technology might miss
