As Senior Marketing Manager, Patrick works closely with the global network of over 325 firms to help them define their position, clarify their voice, and build an effective digital presence. With a background in broadcast media and a passion for teaching, Patrick oversees the production of MRI’s extensive digital media library, drives immersive network-wide town hall experiences, and leads the Evolution Training Series which covers branding, marketing, and media in the talent access space.

Patrick’s posts focus primarily on personal branding advice, as he works to help recruiters establish their subject matter expertise.
