Hands-on Director with recent clinical experience and a true passion for patient care. This gentleman understands how to balance quality of care, compassion for patients and profitability. Ten years of experience working in a union environment. Having managed units from 12-58 beds provided the flexibility to work hands-on or more strategically depending on what the situation requires. Most importantly, he has a friendly, positive and outgoing personality. He is available for a new assignment in February 2018.

She knows how to work with all levels within an organization; she educates and inspires staff and leadership to do what is right for patients. Prior to working in Quality, she was an operational director who oversaw inpatient units and services lines, so she understands the day to day execution of quality care.  Open to relocation within the Mid-West.

He took over the Quality department when they were having compliance issues that were affecting reimbursements.
