CORE ONBOARDING VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

ESSENTIAL TRAINING FOR ROOKIE RECRUITERS

MRIThrive Core Bootcamp Training delivers 55 years of recruitment learning through a vast library of onboarding content and live webinars. Full of role plays, practice activities, and small group breakouts, we skip the boring lectures and focuses on vibrant recruiting and marketing content.

Key components of our Core Bootcamp Training include:

  • Owner/Manager Webinar. This is a required webinar for all owners/managers who have employees attending Core Bootcamp. It provides the essential items that are needed to maximize each participant’s learning experience. 
  • Core Kickoff Class. This is a required first step and is designed for associates going through Core Bootcamp. This program assists them in all pre-work, discusses program details, and provides an agenda of daily activities.
  • Core Recruit Class. This is a six-day course that meets twice per day. Morning sessions focus on building, reinforcing, and practicing necessary recruiting skills. Afternoon sessions focus on metrics, daily phone calls, and preps for the next class.
  • Core Market Class. This is a five-day course that meets twice per day. Morning sessions focus on building, reinforcing, and practicing marketing skills necessary for recruiters. Afternoon sessions focus on metrics, daily phone calls, and preps for the next class.
  • Focus on Phone Calls. In both Core Recruit and Core Market, associates spend time making daily calls to candidates and clients. These phone calls start on the second day of training.
  • Focus on Metrics. Associates are responsible for tracking their phone metrics throughout Core Recruit and Core Market Bootcamp. These metrics are reviewed by the MRIThrive Learning and Talent Development team and used to coach associates.
  • 90-Day Follow-Up Sessions. The Core-90 Day Follow-Up program meets one hour per week for 12 weeks and is designed with three concepts in mind...
    1. A reinforcement of the key Core concepts.
    2. An opportunity for open conversations regarding your associates’ desks.
    3. A continual review of metrics to help create best practices for running a recruiting desk.
