Our top priority. This plan provides the maximum benefit to recruitment partners of The Brooke Group. We serve as your institution's directed recruiting resource. In this role, we continually prospect and refer candidates to meet institutional recruitment priorities. It is used most often when multiple opportunities are available, such as when a stratgeic growth initiative is identified (e.g. creation of a new research program). A monthly retainer fee is charged as payment for the first hire, followed by incremental billing (based upon a percentage of the gross annual compensation agreement) for recruitment milestones met on each additional opportunity.
Next highest priority search which takes precedence over all contingency searches. The engaged search plan charges a fee for the accomplishment of pre-determined recruitment milestones - rather than charges on the basis of calendar periods. In this fashion, our partners agree to pay a nominal engagement fee to get started, and then a percentage of the total fee is invoiced/paid when the following negotiated milestones are met: (1) when we present a pre-determined number of candidates from whom you choose to interview at least one or two; (2) a percentage when you make an offer; and, (3) the remaining amount of the total fee when the candidate begins employment. The total recruitment fee is computed as a percentage of an anticipated offer letter, which includes base salary and realistic bonus for the first year.
We refer candidates to you who most closely match your institution's requirements, after payment of a nominal engagement fee. If you hire someone we've presented, our recruitment fee is a percentage of the offer that includes base salary and realistic bonus for the first year. If you hire someone through another source, no recruitment fee is due.

Depending upon your institution's regulatory requirements and internal practices, you may have a need for a detailed background check to be completed on candidates. Through MRINetwork, we have access to vendors who can provide a full range of pre-employment background checking services - from criminal searches to drug screening.
