(Alexandria, VA ) – American Staffing Association (ASA) announced that it recently appointed Bobbi Moss as chairperson of its search and placement section policy council. Moss currently serves as senior vice president and general manager at Govig & Associates, an affiliate of MRINetwork®, one of the largest executive search and recruitment organizations in the world. As chairperson, Moss will work with ASA and its board of directors to spearhead programs and services that meet the sector’s needs within the association. ASA policy councils are composed of member volunteers who advise the association’s board of directors on sector-specific issues, designing programs to meet the unique business challenges faced by those sectors of the staffing industry.
An executive recruitment specialist with Govig & Associates for 30 years, Moss is responsible for the growth and development of teams focusing on accounting, finance, tax, construction and operations, both locally and nationally. A well respected subject matter expert, Moss is regularly sought out to comment on job market trends in national publications.
