The 2019 MRINetwork Recruitment Trends Study is the result of a survey conducted among 220 hiring authorities and nearly 200 candidates across the U.S. The purpose of the study is to assess candidate and employer attitudes about recruitment today, where multiple interviews, personality tests, AI, team interviews and gamification can all play a  part in the hiring process. The study is not intended to be representative of the full breadth of the labor market; rather it looks at the executive, professional and managerial space, in which MRINetwork specializes.
