The Wednesday Breakaway Day is a chance for Leaders/Managing Partners and office teams to separately hone their crafts, engage, and build relationships with their peers.

All Other Roles
Goal: Focused learning and facilitate member connection
- Offsite location 10 minutes from Omni Fort Worth. River Ranch in the Stockyards.
- Day opens with breakfast and a guided walk in support of MRINetwork Foundation
- Brainstorm solutions to role-specific challenges and opportunities
- Journey stories and activities to inspire and unite
